Sea Run Holdings, Inc. is a development corporation with primary revenues from salmon plasma biologics. The Company operates a laboratory and pilot GMP facility in Eastport, Maine.

Sea Run was capitalized initially by a private offering. Operations are financed by sales of biologics. Research is funded in part by grants from the National Science Foundation, Department of Defense, and the National Institutes of Health. These funds have supported the development of salmon related products at the Eastport laboratory, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of California, Irvine, and Harvard University.

As of fiscal 2006, the Company has no debt, and positive retained earnings.
